The car of the future is here! Well, almost. Auto-makers are now testing self-driving cars, and by 2040 autonomous cars will account for up to 75% of vehicles on the road.

We’ve seen them in movies, but did we ever think this would really happen? I mean imagine never having to worry about driving again. You will always have your very own personal driver: your car.

Not only is the idea of self-driving cars awesome, there are many benefits as well. For exmaple, self-driving cars will make the roadways much safer. No more worrying about drunk drivers, or people that just can’t drive in general. In fact, 90 percent of car accidents can be attributed to driver error, self-driving cars will eliminate that stat all together.
