Dislyte is a free to play browser-based RPG that has been around for over 10 years. In the past, it was known as “Dislodge” and has been available on multiple platforms including Windows and Mac computers, the web, Android and iOS mobile devices and even Facebook.
Nowadays, the game can be played from any computer with Internet access or from smartphones and tablets if you have the right software installed.

Install Dislyte
Download the latest version of Dislyte here (click on the version you want to download). You will find links at the bottom of this article to where you can get the game for your platform.
Once downloaded, extract the file. The installer will create a shortcut on your desktop or in your apps list so all you need to do is run the program when you want to start playing.
Run Dislyte
You will see a few options at the top of the screen after you click on the Dislyte icon. These are the options for changing the settings for the game.
The first option lets you choose which language you would like to use. If you don’t know what language you would like to use, select English and then choose your preferred language from the dropdown list.
The second option allows you to change how quickly the game loads. By default, the game loads at 2x speed, but you can adjust this to load faster or slower if you prefer.
The third option lets you change the theme of the game. You can also set custom colors for certain elements of the game. This can help you identify enemies more easily.
Finally, there’s one other option that you might find handy – the ability to record your gameplay!
Click on the Record button, make sure you have a decent microphone and start playing. When you finish recording, click on Stop Recording. Your video should automatically save to your computer under the name of Dislyte_record.mp4. You can share the video by clicking on the Share button.
If you don’t have a microphone, you can use the built-in voice recorder in your device instead.
Play Dislyte
To start playing, click on the Play button above the chat window. Then follow these steps:
Select your character.
Once inside the game, there are two ways to select your character. First, you can click on the arrow next to the name of the character you want to switch to. Or, you can click on the name of the character that appears on the left side of the screen.
When you select your character, you will see a description of what abilities your character has and their special weapon. You can also tell who your friends are in the game if they are online.
Next, decide whether you are going to fight monsters or explore dungeons. For monsters, you just need to click on the monster near the location you want to attack. For exploring, you will need to click on the dungeon symbol that appears on the map below the battle field.
Then, move across the map until you reach the point marked with a red x. Click on the enemy to begin attacking. Note that you can only attack one enemy at a time.
It takes some practice to learn the basics of Dislyte, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll start getting good at fighting monsters.
There are different types of attacks you can perform while fighting an enemy. Each type has its own advantages and disadvantages depending on the type of enemy. For example, an enemy that uses magic will probably take more damage than an enemy that uses physical attacks.
Also, each type of attack requires a different amount of energy. So, if you want to hit them harder, you need to spend more energy. Energy can be replenished by eating food.
After you defeat a monster, you will receive experience points. Every 5 levels, you will gain another skill level and your character will grow stronger. However, not every monster gives out experience points. Some only give loot, so you may need to kill several monsters to get a single piece of loot.
In addition to killing monsters, you can also search for items scattered throughout the game world. To do this, click on the item icon on your map.
Once you find an item, you will be able to pick it up by clicking on the item icon in the top right corner of your screen. Items can contain gold, potions, rare weapons, consumable items and armor. Gold can be used to buy better equipment and potions can be consumed to restore health and mana.
You can also find items in chests. You will know this is the case because they will have a chest symbol instead of an item icon. Just click on the chest, grab the item and place it in your inventory.
Note that you can only carry one item at a time. Thus, if you try to grab an item while holding something else, you will lose the item you were trying to carry.
Another way to get items is to use the currency system. It works pretty much the same way as buying items with real money. But, you don’t need to pay anything to get items using the currency.
As you explore dungeons, you can collect treasure chests along the way. Open them to get loot. Loot contains random amounts of gold, potions, rare weapons, consumable items and armor. You can equip all of the items you find, except for the armor.
Armor protects you against physical blows. It can also prevent you from getting hit during combat.
You won’t be able to open treasure chests until you have enough experience points to level up. Once you reach level 15, you can open treasure chests freely.
One last thing about treasure chests: They are usually locked. You won’t be able to open them unless you equip the right key. To find the key, you must go into the room where the lock is located. Look for a chest with a lock icon next to it. Once you open the chest, you will see a picture of the key. Place the key in the lock and then close the chest.
While exploring dungeons, you can encounter bosses. Once you defeat a boss, you will receive a reward. Bosses usually have higher levels than normal monsters, meaning that they require more energy to beat.
Bosses are good sources of loot since they contain powerful gear. However, they are also tougher opponents since they are stronger than regular monsters.
Upgrade Dislyte
Every now and then, you will notice that your character’s health and mana will slowly decrease. This means that you need to rest and eat to keep yourself healthy and alive. So, whenever you feel tired, sit down and relax.
To stay alive longer, you will need to upgrade your equipment. There are plenty of upgrades you can purchase to increase your health and mana capacity.
To purchase upgrades, you will need to spend gold coins. To earn money, you will need to complete quests or fight monsters. You can also earn more gold coins by selling junk items in your possession.
Gold coins can also be purchased using the currency system. However, since you don’t have any yet, you will have to wait until you reach level 15 before you can spend real money. Once you reach level 15, you will be able to buy upgrades using real money.
There are lots of useful upgrades you can purchase, such as armor, shields, swords, bows, crossbows, staffs, wands and potions. You can check out the list of available upgrades here.
However, the best way to get good gear is to explore dungeons and find chests containing valuable loot. There is no guarantee that you will find anything interesting, though.
As you progress through the game, you will unlock new skills and spells. You can learn these by finding certain spell scrolls and training books hidden around the map.
Chat With Friends In Dislyte
By default, everyone in Dislyte is an anonymous player. As mentioned earlier, you can chat with anyone in the game if they are online. All you need to do is click on the “I am online” button on the main menu, enter their username and then click on the send button. From there, you can communicate directly with the person without having to talk through a chat window.
